Scholarship Application
Holes Fore Hope mission is to provide financial resources for education requests in the Golf and Country Club community in Minnesota. The application will be available to fill out starting on May 5th. Applications are due June 23rd, 2023

Benevolence Request
Applicant must be a living golf course employee or a direct family member of a golf or country club employee. (The Holes Fore Hope Foundation does not provide death benefits for the deceased)
The family must demonstrate hardship related to the financial impact of their loved one’s medical needs.
